The LIVE Quantum project focuses on the research and development of an advanced, integrated AI-based platform for multichannel, personalized management of user requests, primarily targeting operators of critical infrastructure systems such as energy, water, gas, telecommunications, and utilities. The project combines industrial research and experimental development activities to create a scalable and modular solution that integrates customer experience (CX) management with real-time data from IoT devices, smart metering systems, and digital twins. The platform will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and augmented reality, to enable proactive and automated handling of user interactions across multiple communication channels. By connecting operational data with customer-facing processes, the solution will significantly enhance efficiency, service quality, and decision-making capabilities. The project is implemented in collaboration with industry and academic partners, ensuring a strong interdisciplinary approach and effective knowledge transfer. Through this cooperation, the project contributes to strengthening research and innovation capacities, in line with the objectives of the IRI S3 call and the broader goal of developing innovative, market-ready products based on R&D activities. The main objective of the LIVE Quantum project is to develop and validate an innovative, market-ready AI platform (TRL 8) that enables integrated, intelligent, and personalized management of user requests across multiple channels. The project is expected to generate long-term economic and technological benefits, positioning the beneficiary and its partners as leaders in advanced ICT solutions for critical infrastructure management.
